Why Give?

“But just as you excel in everything – in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us – see that you also excel in this grace of giving.”    2 Corinthians 8:7

Each of us is called to worship God with our entire life, including our time, talents and resources.  Giving back to God is a dynamic demonstration of our faith and an expression of our gratitude for all He has done for us.  It is one of the best ways to say “Thank you” for His abundant goodness to us.

Reporting Your Gifts

Your tithes and offerings will be reported on your contributions record regardless of the method of giving. If you give online, each gift will be confirmed by an email to you. You may view your contribution record online anytime you wish. You will receive a statement, at the end of the calendar year, of your tax-deductible gifts in accordance with IRS requirements.

Please let us know if you have any specific needs regarding the timing of this report. Questions about your contributions statement can be directed to lisa@fbcconroe.org or call the contributions office at 936.756.6601.

The Advantage of Online Giving

Consistency - Giving online allows us to tithe even when we are away from the church.

Faithfulness - The automated giving option helps us avoid the temptation to only give from what’s “left over.”

Convenience - We can give anytime or anywhere we have access to the Internet.

Information – You have ability to view and track your contributions history for the year.

Help the church - Online giving simplifies our accounting and expedites the gift, making us better stewards of the resources entrusted to us.

After you have established a login and password, you will be able to make contributions, change recurring gifts and view your contributions record.
